CMOS Advanced Course to be launched in FY2026 (Setouchi Semiconductor Consortium)

The 2026 CMOS Advanced Course has begun. This is the fourth year of the course.

This year's course consists of six sessions (26 lectures over 11 days), covering a wide range of topics including the semiconductor market, applications, devices, equipment, materials and components, facilities, environmental measures, and management. Leading experts in each field will serve as instructors, and approximately 80 mid-career and young professionals from 41 member organizations, along with Hiroshima University students, will learn throughout the year, providing a platform for interaction among participants and instructors from diverse industries. The course will also be streamed online to approximately 300 participants at satellite venues in member organizations and affiliated universities. (Over the past three years, the total number of participants, including both in-person and satellite sessions, has exceeded 4,800.)
