The Setouchi Semiconductor Co-Creation Consortium held its second CMOS Advanced Course in fiscal year 2024 (held June 27-28: Memory Devices, Logic Devices), one of its human resource development programs.
This time, we invited lecturers from Micron Memory and Rapidus to discuss everything from device fundamentals to cutting-edge technology, as well as the direction of technology to deal with the explosive increase in information processing volume as we enter an era of full-scale AI utilization.
