Applications are now open for the Hiroshima University Semiconductor Recurrent Academy (Elementary Practical Program, June 30 - July 1) (deadline: June 15).

Hiroshima University has been selected for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Recurrent Education Support Project" starting in 2025, and has established the "Hiroshima University Semiconductor Recurrent Academy."
Of the four programs, we are now offering the "Semiconductor Basic Practical Program." We are pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted.

● Hiroshima University Semiconductor Recurrent Academy Overview
- Background: Human resource development is urgently needed at all levels and companies in the semiconductor industry to support its sustainable growth. (From skilled worker to highly technical worker)
- Objective: To provide a consistent human resource development program from skilled worker to highly technical worker levels, contributing to the development of the entire semiconductor industry in collaboration with companies and engineers.

• Four training programs tailored to different skill levels
① Semiconductor Technician Lectures: Knowledge and experience of technical fundamentals and safety (in-person, planned)
② Semiconductor Basics Practice: Basic knowledge and fabrication practice of basic semiconductor devices (solar cells) (in-person, held this time)
③ Semiconductor CMOS Practice: Basic knowledge and fabrication practice of semiconductor devices (CMOS) (in-person, planned)
④ CMOS Advanced Course: Understanding the overall picture of the cutting-edge semiconductor industry (online, applications being accepted separately)
